What is the coverage area of a sensor? |

Each sensor usually covers an area of approximately 20-25 meters distance. |

What is the minimum distance between the sensors and control panel? |

The sensors can be situated anywhere within the X meters range of the control panel. |

Where should the sensors be situated? |
A. |
The standard ceiling height is 2.4 meters that is the suitable height for the sensors to be situated. Besides, they can be mounted on the wall, corner, or ceiling brackets. |

How do the sensors work? |
A. |
Each sensor draws its power from an in-built Lithium battery that will last between one to two years. |

What type of electrical supply do I need for the control panel? |
A. |
The Micro HSS control unit is fitted with a 230-volt power supply and a 3-pin plug that is supplied not fitted. The control panel will send an alert message to indicate that the battery is low. |

YES, your Micro HSS is equipped with a battery backup, so your home security will continue to protect for several hours after power failure. It is a good idea to check your batteries in your system regularly. |

YES, since Micro HSS is a wireless based home security system, you can carry the system with you when you relocate. |

I know that my security system should be tested regularly. How do I test my security system? |

You should test your system at least once in a month to make sure that it is in good working condition. You just call our customer service representative to inform your willingness to test your home security system. You will find us very enthusiastic to walk you through the testing process. |
